This image that I captured in the saddle between MT Tom (4051ft) and MT Field (4340ft), located south west of MT Washington ( 6288ft), in the White Mountain National Forest, New Hampshire, will be featured on the home page of Hiking New England's website .
This so called discussion board and picture gallery invites all outdoor enthusiast of New England to join in and discuss many different topics and share pictures of their adventures.

The picture was taken during a massive Nor Easter on January 12, 2011. I submitted it to WGGB Springfield CH 40 ( www.wggb.com ), and they aired it on the 12pm weather report on January 13, 2011.
Two Old Friends
Robert Duffy and our classic MGD & Goss Community Printing Press have been working together for almost 40 years- from the very start of the Westfield Evening News. The two old friends have been working hand in hand with the Westfield Evening News team to produce the finest newspaper the area has to offer, keeping the citizens of Westfield in touch with all the spirit that brings the “Whip City” to life.
